Admin's ability to create an event based on the Event database schema. Proper data validation should be implemented. Should also handle subsequent changes to the event. If admin modifies number of reqistrations to lower than the current number of registered volunteers, the admin can be alerted, but this should not change the registrations. Admin(s) can see full list of volunteers with contact information and link to view more profile info on the volunteer (to see location, contact info, and skills).
