Manage skills and their categories

Currently no ability to create skill categories and skill names. This is fairly simply but needs to be added

Need organization link page

UpcomingEvents.aspx should have a view of just the list of organizations. Click a link to only show events for that org

Show title and links for events in calendar view

Current calendar view (UpcomingEvents.aspx) only shows days with events using a different color. No way to jump to those events or see any details. Need some way to resolve this.

Neighborhood list needs Active flag

We shouldn't delete entries due to links to other tables. Just set to inactive

Email notifications

Ability to promote volunteers to admin

Currently there is a dummy checkbox when creating a user. A volunteer (role = "Volunteer") should be able to become an admin (Role = "Admin") through some built-in administrative function.
